4. Tabata Workouts: Using a TABATA Timer is one of my favorite style of workouts, I have a free workout and explain how to use it here. TABATA is timed intervals of exercise and rest, traditional TABATA is 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest. But you can increase those times if you want. I usually like to do 40/20.
